First Course: Crispy chicken thigh, smashed fingerling potato with yogurt chive sauce
Second Course: Milk braised pork shoulder with celery root and potato puree
Third Course: Charred rolled salmon, micro greens with miso-orange broth
Fourth Course: Beef cheek bourguignon
Ticket sales benefit the Geneva Community Chest in helping provide resources to 20+ local charitable organizations working to enhance the quality of life for hundreds of citizens in our community.
